How to Maintain Mobile Concrete Pumps
1.In the process of pumping concrete, you should guarantee the above mixing axis, not empty or without pumping.
2.In the process of pumping, check whether there is any abnormal noise on the engine, the main oil cylinder and valve cylinder commutation is normal. Examine if there’s any loose for the pipe clamp and bolt, if each joint leaks oil.
3.After work, keep the concrete pump runs 3-4 stroke to discharge the left concrete. Clean the concrete in the hopper and s-valve. Open the discharge door, clear the concrete outside the hopper with water. Then close the door after cleaning.
4.Discharge the water in the tank, especially in winter, and observe whether the water is turbidity.
5.Clean and dry the machines thoroughly. Make sure that there are no concrete, mortar and mud on the pump body.
